Workers scan a QR code, pick a safety challenge from a short list, choose their team, and optionally add a comment or photo, then submit. A confirmation screen shows their team's points were updated and where the team now ranks on its site's board, with nothing about the worker recorded.

What do workers need to take part?
A phone with a camera. They scan the QR code on a poster, pick a challenge, choose their team and submit. No app, no login.
Is it really anonymous?
Yes. Seasn records which team logged a challenge, never who. There are no worker accounts, names or emails. Comments and photos are optional, and the form asks people not to name anyone or photograph people.
What do we get out of it?
A dashboard with team and factory leaderboards and six categories of leading indicators: safety conversations, proactive hazard IDs, near-miss reports, corrective actions, peer accountability and continuous improvement. Logs can be exported as CSV.
Does it replace our audit or EHS software?
No. Seasn is a light layer for everybody on the floor and works on its own. A pilot needs no integration.
What if phones aren't allowed on the floor?
Posters can go where phones are allowed, such as break rooms, entrances and team areas. We plan the placement with you.
How does a pilot work?
A pilot is one 4-week season. We set up your factory, teams and posters with your logo and colors. Each week brings a new theme with challenges, teams earn points, and we check in with you weekly. In return, we ask for your honest feedback.
Where is the data stored, and for how long?
In Europe (Frankfurt). Comments and photos are deleted automatically after 12 months, and team totals are kept. See our privacy page, or ask us for the one-page data overview.
What does it cost?
The 4-week pilot is free. If you want to continue afterward, pricing for after the pilot is discussed during your pilot conversation.
