What this covers

This page covers getseasn.com and its pilot request form. It does not cover the Seasn product used on factory floors, which collects no names, emails or accounts from workers. A separate security and data overview is available on request.

What we collect

When you request a pilot, you give us your name, work email and company. You can also tell us how many sites you have and add a message. We collect nothing else through this form.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to reply to your request and to set up your pilot. We do not sell them, share them for advertising, or use them for anything unrelated.

Who handles it

Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, and sent to us by email. Netlify is a US company and may process data outside the European Union.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we follow up on your request, and for up to 12 months after our last contact. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Write to arthur@getseasn.com. If you are in the European Union, you can also contact your national data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts are hosted on the same server as the site.
